Schedule a LASIK Evaluation
A deposit of $125 is required on the day of your evaluation.The balance of your fees will be due on the day of your procedure.The deposit is fully refundable the day of your evaluation if you are not a qualified medical candidate. If you are a qualified candidate,the payment is not refundable should you elect not to have your vision corrected at LaserOne after your LASIK evaluation is performed.
