LaserOne offers OnLine flexible payment plans from Vision Fee Plan to make laser vision correction affordable for every person who is interested.  After you schedule your evaluation appointment, we will provide you with a link to Vision Fee Plan's online application.  It takes only minutes to complete and less than 2 hours from submission to receive their approval of your application.

These interest rates are fixed and there are no penalties for prepayment.  You can apply for one of these financing plans online or over the phone.

An evaluation fee of $125 is required on the day of your evaluation.  The $125 evaluation fee is fully refundable (a) upon completion of surgery or (b) upon completion of the evaluation if you are not a qualified medical candidate.  If you are a qualified candidate, the evaluation fee is not refundable should you elect not to have your vision corrected after your LASIK evaluation is performed.
